Uramaki Sushi with Inés Rosales Original Sweet Olive Oil Tortas

0.7 Oz Rice
Nori
Tuna
Avocado
Cucumber
Japanese rice vinegar
Salt
Soy Sauce

Original Sweet Olive Oil Tortas Inés Rosales
  1. Cook the rice using slightly less water than double the amount of rice. Add salt. For the rice to be cooked properly, it should be dry but sticky.
  2. Add some japanese rice vinegar and mix with the rice.
  3. Leave it until it has cooled down.
  4. Place half a nori sheet on the sushi mat, shiny side down and with the lines in the nori running vertical.
  5. Dip your hands in a bowl of water and use a damp cloth to absorb the excess of water.
  6. Spread the rice across the nori sheet.
  7. Place one slice each of tuna, avocado and cucumber in a straight line on the nori sheet. Grab the nearest end of the mat. Don´t forget to hold the ingredients in place.
  8. Roll the mat forward.
  9. Crush an Original Sweet Olive Oil Torta Inés Rosales and roll the uramaki on the powder.
  10. Cut the roll in slices.
  11. Plate the dish with soy sauce and wasabi.
