Pan con Chocolate - José Andrés-style with Olive Oil Tortas

4 original Ines Rosales Tortas with Anise
Dark Chocolate, at least 72%
José Andrés Extra Virgin Olive Oil, preferably Cornicabra
Sea Salt
  1. Place tortas on a serving plate.
  2. With a small grater or a Microplane, shave as much of the dark chocolate as you’d like.
  3. Sprinkle with sea salt and a splash of extra virgin olive oil and serve.
