Lemon mousse cake with cinnamon cookie

12 Cinnamon Cookies
4 Lemon Yogurt
Condensed Milk
1 Glass of Lemon Juice
  1. Use the Cinnamon Cookie as the base. In order to achieve the right texture and size flatten them with a spoon.
  2. Mix the yoghurt and the condensed milk with a powerful blender. When it is smooth add the lemon juice little by little.
  3. Leave in the refrigerator 3 hours before serving.
