Ines Rosales at the Winter Fancy Food Show
INES ROSALES, in its commitment to stay on ‘the right path’ by ‘manufacturing products that improve the quality of life of our society, using natural and sustainable ingredients’, launched in September 2015 the improved recipe of the traditional ‘Citrus Crumble Cake’ (Cortadillo de Cidra) and the ‘Cinnamon Cookies’ (Tortita Nevada), which are representative of the Andalusian culture, in Southern Spain.
During the most important Trade Show within the Specialty Food sector -the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco, which this year will take place from January 17th until the 19th- Ines Rosales will show its two newest additions to their product range in a new and improved packaging specially designed for the US market.
The Citrus Crumble Cakes and the Cinnamon Cookies are both a delight for the most demanding palates. They are both produced with High Oleic Sunflower Oil, which has a beneficial effect on blood vessels, as it increases the levels of HDL-C – known as ‘good cholesterol’ – in the blood, and thereby contributes to reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease. At the same time, oils rich in oleic acid are more stable and have better preservation qualities. The combination of spices and their unique flavor, make them a balance and delicate bite.
The various formats, as well as the size of both products, make them suitable for cafes, delis, restaurants, hotels, airlines and gift boxes.
Since January 2016, these two new products are available for purchase in the United States through INES ROSALES USA LLC, subsidiary and importer of the ‘Authentic and Renowned INES ROSALES’, established in 1910, which produces and commercializes the popular Olive Oil Tortas since then.
